Who are we?
Established in 2013, the AUW Photography Club is a creative haven where the art of capturing moments comes alive. Comprising passionate photographers from diverse nationalities, we blend our backgrounds & talents to craft visual stories that transcend boundaries. Our club is the only organization in Chattogram that hosts annual festivals in Chattogram celebrating photography, art, and culture. Dedicated to portraying the world's beauty and highlighting its challenges, our club thrives on collaboration, creativity, and the pursuit of photographic excellence. Together, we aim to inspire change one photograph at a time.
Vision
Within the Asian University for Women Photography club, we perceive art as a compelling form of storytelling. Our objective is to amplify the voices of numerous artists, providing them with a platform to weave their narratives.
Our vision extends beyond the mere exhibition of photography. We aspire to cultivate a transformative culture where photography and art are celebrated and acknowledged for their profound influence on society and our daily experiences.
To realize this vision, we utilize diverse channels such as social media, art events, publications, and tangible keepsakes in the form of books and prints. As we forge ahead, we consistently explore additional avenues to further enrich our creative journey.
